HISTORY & MISSION
WEI Mortgage Corporation (WEI) was founded in 2002 as a mortgage brokerage company, originating and servicing residential loans. Headquartered in Rockville, Maryland, WEI has served the Washington metropolitan area since its inception. In 2003, WEI officially announced its transition to being a direct mortgage lender.
In addition, WEI has successfully reached beyond its retail business operations, pursuing to becoming a wholesale lender through third-party origination channels across states. Guided by an innovative business plan, WEI manages its financial resources, investing in various business sectors and offering investment products to our clients.
At WEI, we conduct business with the utmost integrity, accuracy, and efficiency. WEI closely follows changes in laws, rules, and regulations governing and affecting the lending industry. We regularly hold information and training sessions for our employees to ensure compliance.
