The FPP pay a fixed rate of interest. The interest paid on the FPP will always be considerably greater than the most recent three (3) month CD Index (CODI) in the United States. CODI is an average of what banks are paying on their Certificate of Deposit accounts.
FPP is a note issued directly by WEI Mortgage Corporation. The note is issued in $10,000 or more with multiples of $1,000 thereafter. Every FPP account pays out interest earnings on the last day of each calendar quarter. There is a short three-months commitment.
